As I promised from my previous post, I will upload some photos that were taken from our food microbio's practical.
This test is to test which is a better antimicrobial chemical agent. As you can see from the above picture, the solution is quite blurry, which also means that microorganisms are still in it. Eh... do ask me which agent is what, cause I'm not the one doing it, so I'm not very sure too... =p But I know that the above tubes contains Bacillus cereus.

These tubes contain Staphylococcus aureus. Hmm.. it cant be seen very clearly, but only the tube on the right has microorganisms in it.
These 4 plates are what we had obtained from our swabbing test. Isnt it cool to see all there's acutally so many bacteria at such places!?
These 4 plates are from the test "effect of UV light on bacteria". Those two withour any pink dots are either the control or the on that has it's plastic cover on while undergoes UV treatment.
These 2, as u can see what's written on the plate, are those that undergoes direct UV treatment with a strip of filter paper on it (as indicated by the 2 black lines).
hmm... I think this is all I have to say now... Shall update when more fun stuffs had happened.
