Sushi making 2....

Yesterday Cindy and I went over to Sharlene's place to make sushi.... Before going to her house, we went to NTUC Xtra (located at AMK Hub) to buy the ingredients needed...

When we reached Sharlene's place, we went to Sheng Siong supermarket to buy some more ingredients. To our surprise, the prices of those ingredients that we bought from NTUC are selling at cheaper price at Sheng Siong.... Cindy said that she some how felt like we'd been tricked... haha...

After having all the ingredients, it's time for preparation....!


While we were preparing the food, Sharlene's dog, "popped" by to visit us every now and then... SEE~~! Isn't he CUTE?!?! But her dog can be quite scary too....


While waiting for the rice to be washed and cooked, we were busy chopping and cutting the ingredients into appropriate , so that I could be easier for us to roll the sushi...


Once the rice was cooked and cooled, we started making sushi!!!


We spent almost half a day making sushi and chit-chatting... It's fun... We can not only make things together, it's also good for catching up... see what we had missed out...

After e-learning, we all will be very busy with tests, datasheet and reports... I think we would have to wait until after our exams then we would be free to do such things together again... Hmm.. anyway.. I will cherish all the times that we had together... So let's jiayou and work hard for our work...!! =) Take care =]

1st for sports league!!

Yesterday was the CLS sports league final.. And our team won!!!! XYZ YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!
It was a tough match... But we managed to pull it through...! This has also proven that we dont win just because of luck...! We won with a score of 4-0... I'm so happy!!! =D

After the match, we took another group photo together... Although it's quite blur.. well~ it still can be seen...

Hmm... Let me intoduce my teammates... from left to right... on the first row, it's Alex (current captain) and Jian Wei (our future captain)... On second row, there's Alvin (our catcher), me, Wan Wei, Namira, Xin Yu, Andy and Shao Yong... Then at the last row, there's Arnold (our defender).

There you have it... Our team XYZ... I feel quite sad that the year 3s are leaving us soon. But I believe that we can still bond together even if some of us had parted!!! XYZ, let's keep in contact... Jia you for everthing you do!!!! =D

Shopping in Supermarket

Today, I met up with Sharlene and Kelvin at Plaza Sing. to do our FDMAT project... We went to look for some juices... After that, we went to Chocz to have some chocolate...

When we were done drinking chocolate, we went to Donut Factory to buy some donuts... and we headed home after that.... So this is roughly what had happened today...

Captain's ball match...

Today I went to Sentosa with Catherine... Later Sharlene joined us... Cat and I got sun burnt.. and now we looked like roasted pigs.... haha... After that, we met up with Wayne at Vivo City and had dinner together... We chatted for quite some time before heading home... And now my sun burnt is really burning hot...

Anyway... Yesterday we had our Captain's Ball Sports League...!! and...... WE GOT INTO THE FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XYZ, I'm so happy for all of us!!!! Even though the seniors all said that we were lucky that we didn't play with the other senior team for those 2 matches, but I still think that other than luck, we got into the final because of our skills too... I'm not trying to say that we are very skillful or whatsoever.. I'm just saying that we didn't get into the final just because of luck, skill does matter. Hmm... It's more of 65% luck and 35% skill, teamwork and hard work...

By the way, our final match will take place on Tuesday evening... We'll be playing against Chun Long's team... Bless us with all the good lucks so that we can win the game..!!!

Random...

I actually wanted to go and watch Resident Evil: Extinction today, cause tomorrow I dont think I'll have time to watch with guys (even though I really really wished that could). But it was so last minute that all my classmates were booked for today and couldnt accompany me... I did thought of asking some of the seniors, but I scared that I might disturb them, so I didnt...

Then, Lee Wah said that she could go with me, but she had to chiong her report first... I was happy when she said that, but... come to think of it... I'm kinda shelfish... All I thought about was myself.. So in the end, I told her that it's ok, she could continue to do her report.

The thought of watching the movie alone did came across my mine, but Farhan and Jason had, some how, helped me got rid of that thought.. so I went to trim my hair instead...

Hmm... hopefully I could watch it tomorrow... But the chances arent very high...

Ok... got to go and do my report, datasheet and tutorial now... Take care =)

Oh.. Ya... Today I've gotten the jersey from Jian Wei... It's nice!!! I like it a lot...!!!!! =D Thanks!!! Let's Jia you for Friday!!!!!!!

LT flooded...

Today we were supposed to have our Chemical Engineering Principle's lecture in LT5B... But we shifted to T4A55 instead.. It's because.....Our LT was.. FLOODED!!!!!!!! Yes.. your eyes aren't playing tricks on you nor had I typed wrongly.... IT WAS FLOODED!!!! I have evidence!!

TADA~~!!!


SEE!!! It's flooded!!!! Hmm... we all suspect that it's due to the rain yesterday... It's hard to see such things happened... I actually find it kinda cool... but too bad we cant stay and watch how the cleaners clear that pool of water..

Anyway.. Captain's ball match coming very very soon... Wish us luck!! =)

shopping alone...

Although I went shopping alone.. I know it sounded kinda poor thing, but it's ok... 'Cause it's not the first time I'm doing that, so it's ok...

First I went to Harbour Front Shopping Center... Then, I went to Marina Square's John Little to buy some clothes... In total, I spent $40...

After that I went to Raffles City Shopping Center, wanted to buy some donuts, but was turned off by a so-so que... So I went to Clementi to tried out the Yummy Donuts... If you want to compare Donuts Factory ones with Yummy ones.. I would say that Factory ones are nicer than Yummy ones...

After shopping for the whole day, my feet felt so tire.. But it's ok... I had relax and spent enough money for a day... Tomorrow I will have to buck up and do all the reports and datasheets in hand... I'm gonna continue to rot now... see ya... =)

It's only 3rd week of school.. and I'm starting to procrastinate... I dont know why, but I'm starting to feel very tire... It's like I dont have enough sleep...

I feel even more tire with my tights muscles aching since this monday, after training.

For the past few days, I'd some emotional issuse... Maybe it's because I'm tire.. But I'm much better now.. So dont worry... =)

Sometimes, I had this sudden urge of watching movies or going to the sea side... But the thought of doing those things alone just turns me off... Hmmm.. maybe I should do one of those things, one of these days....

outing to sentosa

Yesterday we had an outing to Sentosa for the IC campers. Although not many people turned up.. But it's still quite fun!

Too bad there isn't any photos, because most of us were in the sea, so we hardly took any photos.. After playing for about 6 hours there.. we went for dinner at Vivo city... At first we wanted to eat at Hong Kong Kim Gary, but the que was DAMN LONG!!!!!! So some of us went to buy LJS while the rest went to CJ. We all took our food to the roof area to eat. After eating, we had a good long chat about our past relationships... I was lucky!!!!!!! They had forgotten about my Q&A session cause some of them were in a rush to go home...! hahahahahaha!!!

By the time we left, it's already 9+++++pm...

I really enjoyed the whole of yesterday.. it was fun for me! I got to know other people better and I sure feel that the friendship among some of us were strengthened... I hope that we can have more of sure times together~!! =)

Interaction Camp.

When our flags were dried, it also marked the start of our in school night games. Our first station was Edmund's station, followed by Angela's, Mark's, Patrick's and lastly Kelly's station. I was excused from most of the games caused I was ill (and I'm still sick now). At Mark's station, our forfiet is some thing that I hate the most.. BANANAS!!!! We were supposed to passed the banana with our mouth and the last person had to finished the whole thing.. I was ALMOST the last person... But luckily I'm not.. hehehehehe..... =P

And at Kelly's station, our forfiet was tuna roll while the GMs sprayed water on us.. By the time we went back to SAC foyer.. We were totally drenched...

By the time Jedi Knights finished showering and going perpared to sleep, it's already 4+ in the morning.. We didnt got to sleep much.. But it's better than nothing.

Day 2

After breakfast, cheers and lunch, we went to City Hall for our outdoor games.

Our first station was Angela's station, followed by Kelly's, Mark's, Edmund's and lastly, Patrick's station. At Mark's station, the forfiet was fun.. although the GLs werent involved.. but it was a great show put up by my kias!!!

At Edmund's station, Skywalker was the first team that made the GMs drink the horrible drink... haha!! But we also helped them to drink one cup of drinks..

At Patrick's station, we first have to jump 3 rounds using the skipping rope with 5 people together. Then we had to acted out 4 words and phases, played the number 3 game, and have 2 guys dressed up as gal and took a group photo with tourist... The 2 guys standing in the middle of the first role (in the photo below) were our "gals". They DO looked like gals right!?!?!?!

By the time we finished all our games, we headed back to school, had dinner and we lots of games.. eg. Cheer Marthon, where's the peanut etc... Our forfiet were to dance the PAPAYA dance.. It was fun... Then we had movie marthon and last but not least, night walk...

By the time everything had ended it was already 3+, 4 in the morning.. Ros and I finished showering at 5.02am, then we rushed back to the club so that Ros can had her breakfast and we slept at around 6+ in the morning.

Day 3

I woke up at 7+ am cause SAC was TOO COLD!!! At 9am, we met up with our Kias at Foodcourt 2 for breakfast and we had some games and evaluation time.

The camp ended with a photo sharing section where all the campers gather in one classroom to view the photo taken throughout the whole camp.

After that, I went back and had a good rest..

I really did enjoyed myself during this camp, although I felt that I havent did my best yet... But it's still memorable...

Here are somethings that I wanna say...

To Lawrence: Thank you for giving me this chance to be a GL.. If it wasnt for it, I might never know how does it feels like being a GL... really really THANK YOU!!!!

To Jedi Knights: Even though the times we had together werent very long, but I still cherished them... I really did enjoyed myself andI sure hoped that you guys did too!! Remember to keep in contact and hang out soon!!!!

Last but not least, to Skywalker: Wei Xue, Wei Qian, Wei Qiang, Li Bin, Gaya, Jun Jie and Emmu.. It's really nice knowing you guys.... I hoped you guys enjoyed yourself during the camp...! I apologised if I had been cold to anyone of you or if I havent done whatever that you guys expected a Mama should do... I enjoyed myself and I sure hoped that you guys did too..!! Let's keep in contact k?!?!?!?

And lastly, I need to thanks all those who had given me faith when I had doubts on my ability on being a GL... really really THANK YOU (from the bottom of my heart)!!!
